Brunch - Mediterranean sandwich from Panera Bread with a side of chips and salad
Snack - crisscut fries and Oreo ice cream sandwich from Carl’s Jr. (ugh, I feel so guilty…)

Anonymous asked: Form is definitely more important! Quality over quantity! For p90x people, they usually tell you do pause if you need to, and do each rep like you're supposed to without losing form. Even if they pause it they end up with better results. -d

I’m starting to finally lose the weight I’ve been gaining! When I started Insanity, I gained about 5 lbs in two weeks, and realized that it’s because I’ve been drinking a lot of protein shakes… that are probably weight-gaining protein shakes. I stopped drinking protein shakes this week and am back to my starting weight again, and am so happy! No more protein shakes...
